"Are You Always Being Sandwich Between Illusion & Reality"

As a "Living Essentials" on earth, we are always in dilemma in making "decisions", "actions" & "directions" in "our" "daily life". "We" are always being sandwich between "Illusions & Realities", and when "we" always in a very "confused state", "we" tend to have become "wishy washy", "anti-social", or even of "avoidant state".

"People" whom is often being "sandwich" by this dilemma is often seen and very withdrawn towards themselves. Let me quote you an example:"Justice & Fairness within our sub-concious mind".

Recently, I have known a "female friend" of mine, "she" is not performing in her "own individual set of mind" & "character" but trying to "copy and act" like "she" is one.... that perform "justice & fairness" and somehow or rather "she" can't seem to be able to balance herself well, and "she" starts to have back the systoms of "Schizophrenia", and "depression state". Such instances, is that she is unable to accept the truth realities and always falls in illusion due to her own "Egostic being"

"Deeper Depth of Knowing within Our Individual Self"

In this Y generations, everyone globally whom lived under the same roof of heaven has the same commonaties, that we are always worrying factors of living hood, health, & career...... in a very harsh, and rush hassle...... "We" Often neglect "our" very own "personalities" or perhaps you can say "character", that reflect the deeper depth within Our Individual self......

"We" are always on the move to the steps of basic educations, plans, goals and @ the end of it, "we" are always "feel" extreme tired from both "physically" and "Sub-conciously" that in the end "we" are still not very content of the "overall" achievement that we have attained... Why??? Is this so?!!! This is because "we" always follows what "others" in the society is doing and the "preaching" from "our " parents "order" but "we" are always neglecting "our" own "prefix mind" "wants and needs".....

Both "our" physically and subconciously actually very often shouting for "help" .... rushing towards "our" brain in the emotions of "frustration" as a gaining attentions for some "self help" from "our individual self" ......

Now as for today, give yourself some ample time, with a deep breath and full relaxation and starts some Q & A (Self-talk).... to check whether you are truely satisfy with the way you lived....

Hectic Life Style....


We are often always living in a hectic lifestyle that we often always forgotten, to slow down and take a breath and admire the scenery around us, how beautiful the street is.....

Look... Time Flies... from Spring, Summer, Autumn and now already winter season, everyone is enjoying the festive mood of Christmas....!!! So always slow down and enjoy the time that filter us every now and then... with more relax mind.....

Importance of Time


The effect of "lifestyle" on demand..............
"People" are becoming "money rich" and "time poor". "We" are fully blind-fold by "our" daily life style that many "opportunities", "Purities" has just slipped past us just like the wind, without turning back to have a look.
When our "time is poor" we always try to grasp, and given ourselves "false vision" that we can actually can extend "time". Leaving "Us", "Time Poor" this:
  1. will lead "us" to irritable and frustration on the real life actions.
  2. will lead "us" to "emotionally handicapped"
  3. will lead "us" to "self-entrapment" to fall into deep "pit".
  4. will lead "us" to "make hasty decision" and many other reasons,

which eventually will slow us down on the event to full-filled our lifestyled needs. There is a saying, by the old folks.... more haste and the phase is slow................

"Clearer sights of viewing the scenario"

In today's society, "people" still foolishly, views "objects", "happening", using the methods of "instinct" or "normal viewing methods" to handling issue that has been happening in the world. Which often having the "highest grades" of having "regrets", "failures" in life as a whole.

"Often" people, uses their "instinct" or "bare nake eyes" in handling issues, and often "mishandle the situations and often ends up being hurt and reflects damage to other's People's life as well." Once these "hurts and damage" is being issued, no matter what ways of "replenish or recovery" , there is no recovery on the wound. There will be a permanent mark there forever.

"Wise Opinion"...............

Often "we" are being mistaken for being coward for not boarding the plane, as "people" thinks that "we" are always trying to get an "wise stragety" for doing of business.

"I don't really agreed", to such remarks like, "too much hesitation" or "searching of more knowledge, for best stragety in business" . It is always the best form "people" always take into considering factors of where they are heading to, and the ethics of business way being done on the "safe" side. Rather to see "your efforts has turn into thin air" when there is setback and failures just lies ahead of you, and you never know.

Of course, "we" would rather opt for safety issue, "Wise Opinion" before we set the plane off the ground, and soar into the sky as high as possible. On this ground, we are in the "safety belts" and on the long rides into the world without excess of "worries and expenses", that beholds us back, that could lead us into "heavy debts".

Ways of Reliefing stress into Balance life.....

Recently, I have read an article from a friend website, regarding "10 ways to bring more balance to one life." I truely agreed to the terms of what it say about " Modern day stress that affecting epidemic every person of every culture, educational status, and financial level across the world."

Although there is some ways that is "mention" in the web article should be able to help balance one life, that is useful to certain "People", but not to all, as I have ever come across there are some people has over done some of the steps that have leads them to another "realm of the world".

These steps should be refrained of using it often or not at all:

  • Develop Boundaries
  • Change Your Self-Talk
  • Take Control

"People" whom have low "Emotional intelligence", there are some methods which is review in the "article " is not suitable for them to take into practice. As these will bring them into "suituations" of "Hallucination", and "Trap them into emotionalism". These "People" whom have low "EI", do not have full control of themselves, and these "People" whom are also "Emotional Cripple". Eventually, these "People" whom has loses the balance of their life, and falls into the deep pit of the well, unable to stand back on their own feet. "They" will do some "Dangerous Violent Act" that might hurt themselves or people close to them. Sadly to said that "some" of them , are able to save in the nick of time and given proper treatments through "counseling sessions" and was back in the society, whereas "some" of them has to be locked up in Mental Hospital, the worst type was, "they" are gone forever.

Things should kept in more simpler ways, and less haste. When comes to conversing of simplified ways, not many "people" can keep their promised and fullfilled the compromise. As the wise always phrase "The more simplicity of one life is, the more it's hard to be fullfilled".

Hallucination - false sense perception: the perception of somebody or something that is not really there, which is often a symptom of a psychiatric disorder or a response to some drugs, or , something imagined: something that somebody imagines seeing, hearing, or otherwise sensing when it is not present or actually occurring at the time ( often used in the plural ) .

Do you know..........?

Do you know that "sickness" comes into our body in many forms? There are a few types of possibilities that will occurs, at all times of our life's. There are also possibilities from our fast pace and high standard of living in our mother country..

There are some references listed below that shows us how "sickness" came about:

  • Inheritance from our Parents/Grand-parents.
  • Inborn
  • Pollution
  • Environment
  • Weak Immune System
  • Allergy
  • Pro-Long term Stress

Portion of the people is still unable to believe or accept that they have such illness prone to certain factors of their life. Then out of foolishness, they have done something more notorious to detoriate and harm to their bodies.

There are many ways to help your own "Bodies" back in good shape and pink in "Health". Good ways to maintain and nourish our "bodies"
