Trading Time for.....

In this modern society, "People" have to thrive hard to earn their means to survive, enough to provide for their family's logging, Children Educations, Food Essential and other Essentials need.

"People" often has to trade in their precious time and effort to exchange for the monetary needs and fullfillments. Thus, "They" have neglected their daily duties & "their" emotional needs. Sacrifacing "their" family's ties, "their" leisure times, "their" Energy, lastly "their" Health.

Standard of normal Working hours for a "Human" should substain regularly of 8 hrs daily. Prolong working hours will haul in problems facing from both Externally and Internally.

Why do I state the facts that, problems occurs in both Externally and Internally?????

Externally problems occurs from within family's, Children and Spouse. There will be less Communications, less moments spend together, more quarrels, more misunderstanding. Creating a high tensions in the atmosphere within the house. Elderly parents of the individual starts to worry unneccessary, spouse grows over suspicious, children turns rebellious and often mix with the wrong company's.

Internally problems eventually starts to occurs, due to the highly tensions facing from all aspects, and all directions, regards from work, boss, family, children, spouse and individual self. Health starts to detoriate as well when "they" deficient from Rest/Sleep. Each individual mind will be loaded with lots of worries, unhappiness, dead lines from work. Hence, they will become petulance.

Subsequencely, their Immune System from the body starts to go on strike, thus; inviting illness to the body, creating chaos. Illness starts to strike individually, in many forms; starting from Head to Toe. As classified into few categories:

  1. "Brain"
  2. "Mind"
  3. "Body"
  4. "Others"
